Temerso company

TEMERSO has been working on the markets of oil country tubular goods (OCTG) and oil/gas equipment for more than 20 years. In the making of the Russian oil and gas industry, the company evolved hand in hand with consumers of tubular goods, leading Russian and FSU petroleum companies

Facts and figures:

• In 1994–2002 TEMERSO set up OCTG production at the following sites: AO SinTZ with 10–12 thou. tons per month and AO STZ with 4–5 thou. tons per month
• In 1999–2002 TEMERSO produced and supplied 40 % of tubing to the Russian market, using AO Pervouralskiy Novotrubniy Zavod mill capacity
• In 2000–2004 TEMERSO produced and supplied 4–5 thou. tons per month of OCTG from Romania
• In 2005, thermodiffusion zinc coating line was commissioned
• In 2011, together with the company Hilong, a production line was launched to apply a highly effective internal polymer coating series TC2000, TC3000 in Nevyansk, Sverdlovsk region
• In 2013, TEMERSO purchased two units for applying hardbanding on drill pipe tool-joints
• In 2016, TEMERSO acquired a new production site in Kamensk-Uralskiy, Sverdlovsk region
• In 2018, in Kamensk-Uralskiy, a section of sandblasting of the inner surface of pipes was launched
• In 2019, in Kamensk-Uralskiy, the finishing center for the production of tubing and casing pipes was installed and started working

The company has become a diversified production holding that owns manufacturing facilities in Russia, Kamensk-Uralskiy. It is engaged in packaged supplies for Russian and foreign petroleum companies provided.
